OUR 30-DAY RETURN POLICY
We want you and your furry family to be completely happy with every purchase! If something isn't right, you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
IS MY ITEM ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN?
To be eligible, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it — with original tags and packaging intact. Please also have your receipt or proof of purchase handy.
HOW DO I START A RETURN?
Simply reach out to us at support@mascotavida.com and we'll take care of you! We'll send you a return shipping label along with easy instructions on where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted.
RECEIVED A DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEM?
Oh no — that's the last thing we want! Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us right away and we'll make it right. 🐾
